- **Key Responsibilities**
- Have an understanding of the drivers and growth opportunities within dropship, the market and the immediate road map
- Support with reporting to help us track dropship sales and supplier KPI’s
- Order management, tracking out of stocks, cancelled orders and late deliveries and hold suppliers to account on meeting our SLA’s.

- Digital experience working in an e-commerce role or able to demonstrate an active interest in e-commerce with trading experience
- Stakeholder management - confident engaging with peers and third parties (e.g. product suppliers)
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Adaptable and flexible to changes
- Keen eye for detail
