We are seeking a talented Communications and Marketing Assistant to join our ambitious communications and marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of exciting and creative campaigns and projects.

You will work closely with colleagues across the team to develop and lead on our resident-facing social media calendar and website content, evaluating the impact of the team's performance and reporting this to our executive team on a monthly basis.

You will also support our internal communications partner to deliver key information to colleagues, including updating our well-used intranet and putting together and delivering a weekly staff newsletter, along with seasonal staff events.

About You

You will be creative, with a flair for design and experience using design tools such as Canva. You will ideally have a good knowledge of website and social media content management.

You will be passionate about creating content that engages with diverse audiences on a range of topics.

You will be providing vital administrative support to the busy team, so you will need to be organised and enthusiastic, with great attention to detail and the confidence to make creative suggestions and work directly with people at all levels to get the best outcomes.
