Key Responsibilities- Strategy Development and Execution: Develop, execute, and optimize social media strategies aligned with business objectives, including planning and managing social media content calendars and conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for content creation and engagement.
- Content Creation and Management: Create high-quality, engaging, and shareable content across various social media platforms, collaborating with a graphic designer, videographer, and copywriter to tailor copy for different social media channels.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, fostering and growing community engagement by initiating conversations and interactions with followers, and helping manage and resolve customer service issues through social media channels.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics using analytics tools, preparing detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement, and adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize engagement and ROI.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with product, customer success, leadership, and the rest of the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and branding, coordinating with influencers and brand ambassadors for partnerships and collaborations, and staying updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Advertising and Promotions: Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns, optimizing ad performance through A/B testing and audience segmentation, and monitoring ad spending and budget allocation for social media campaigns.
- 5+ years of experience in social media management or a related field.
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
