Youth Services Manager - Community Support Team


Role Summary
Humankind is seeking a dedicated Youth Services Manager to lead our Community Support Team. This award-winning initiative focuses on assisting young individuals facing challenges related to substance use. As the Youth Services Manager, you will guide a passionate team of approximately 14 professionals committed to empowering youth across the region.

The service caters to individuals up to 18 years old, providing essential support and treatment for substance-related issues among young adults.

The Community Support Team is dedicated to fostering the growth and development of young people.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic about helping young individuals achieve their potential and understands the significant role that effective interventions can play in their lives. The ideal Youth Services Manager will excel in building robust partnerships with a diverse array of community stakeholders to enhance support for young people.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in services that support children, young adults, or vulnerable populations.
  • Familiarity with programs addressing substance use and addiction.
  • Demonstrated ability to create new service pathways and collaborative relationships.
  • A recognized management qualification, such as Level 5 in management or leadership, or equivalent experience.
