Technical Integration Manager

We are a dynamic payment solution and infrastructure provider, founded in 2013, rapidly evolving to deliver cutting-edge payment and finance products. Our primary offering, Acquiring-as-a-Service, targets the payment reseller sector in Europe and North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex integration projects from start to finish, offering consultancy on our payment web services/APIs during the integration phase to clients.
  • Guide clients through the technical onboarding process, from testing to live operations, and act as a subject matter expert and 2nd line support post go-live phase.
  • Collaborate with ISOs, ISVs, and sales teams to establish and execute a comprehensive implementation plan, helping sales teams derive and present payment solutions.
  • Track and report the status of active projects, identifying and mitigating technical risks proactively, and work closely with Product, IT, Account Management, and Commercial teams to ensure the execution of defined plans.
  • Provide training and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives, helping cultivate a collaborative knowledge atmosphere.
Requirements
  • Strong technical understanding of web services/APIs, including SOAP, JSON, and HTML concepts, with development skills optional but advantageous.
  • IT and programming knowledge highly preferred, with fluency in spoken and written English.
