We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Integration Manager to join our team at Paynt. Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Integration: Provide expert-level technical support to clients during the integration phase, ensuring seamless integration with our payment platform and various POS solutions.
  • Consultancy: Offer consultancy on our payment web services/APIs to clients, analyzing and proposing the best payment integration solutions tailored to their POS and e-commerce businesses.
  • Project Management: Manage the technical onboarding process, guiding clients from the testing phase to live operations, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Act as a subject matter expert and 2nd line support post go-live phase, providing technical guidance and support to clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with ISOs, ISVs, and sales teams during the pre-sales phase to establish and execute a comprehensive implementation plan, helping sales teams derive and present payment solutions.
  • Technical Documentation: Maintain and develop both internal and customer-facing technical documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Provide training and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives, helping to cultivate a collaborative knowledge atmosphere within the company.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in a technical/integrations role, or similar.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical understanding of web services/APIs, including SOAP, JSON, and HTML concepts, with development skills being a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the payment industry would be advantageous.
  • Soft Skills: Independent and proactive attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
