At Paynt, we're seeking a highly skilled Technical Integration Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing complex integration projects from start to finish, providing exceptional assistance to merchants, partners, and payment gateways during the technical integration with our payment platform and various POS solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical consultancy on our payment web services/APIs during the integration phase to clients.
- Analyze and propose the best payment integration solutions tailored to clients' POS and e-commerce businesses.
- Manage the technical onboarding process, guiding clients from the testing phase to live operations.
- Act as a subject matter expert and 2nd line support post go-live phase.
- Work closely with ISOs, ISVs, and sales teams during the pre-sales phase to establish and execute a comprehensive implementation plan.
- Help sales teams derive and present payment solutions, participating in customer meetings and presentations.
- Track and report the status of active projects, identifying and mitigating technical risks proactively.
- Collaborate with Product, IT, Account Management, and Commercial teams to ensure the execution of defined plans.
- Maintain and develop both internal and customer-facing technical documentation.
- Provide training and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and help cultivate a collaborative knowledge atmosphere.
- Monitor gateway alerts and system error tools daily to ensure the highest levels of service continuity.
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in a technical/integrations role, or similar.
- Strong technical understanding of web services/APIs, including SOAP, JSON, and HTML concepts (development skills are optional but advantageous).
- Experience in the payment industry would be advantageous.
- IT and programming knowledge are highly preferred.
- Independent and proactive attitude with a can-do mentality and a sense of responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong team player, eager to learn and grow within the company.
- Positive, accurate, and professional approach in all dealings.
