Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Technical Integration Manager to join our team at Paynt. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing complex integration projects, providing exceptional customer service, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical assistance to merchants, partners, and payment gateways during the integration process
* Offer consultancy on our payment web services/APIs to clients
* Analyze and propose the best payment integration solutions for clients' POS and e-commerce businesses
* Manage the technical onboarding process, guiding clients from testing to live operations
* Act as a subject matter expert and 2nd line support post go-live phase
* Collaborate with ISOs, ISVs, and sales teams during the pre-sales phase to establish and execute a comprehensive implementation plan
* Help sales teams derive and present payment solutions, participating in customer meetings and presentations
* Track and report the status of active projects, identifying and mitigating technical risks proactively
* Collaborate with Product, IT, Account Management, and Commercial teams to ensure the execution of defined plans
* Maintain and develop internal and customer-facing technical documentation
* Provide training and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives

Requirements:

* Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in a technical/integrations role
* Strong technical understanding of web services/APIs, including SOAP, JSON, and HTML concepts
* Experience in the payment industry is advantageous
* IT and programming knowledge are highly preferred
* Independent and proactive attitude with a can-do mentality and a sense of responsibility
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong team player, eager to learn and grow within the company
* Positive, accurate, and professional approach in all dealings
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate and resolve issues independently
* Fluent in spoken and written English
