Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Integration Manager to join our team at Paynt. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex integration projects from start to finish, providing exceptional assistance to merchants, partners, and payment gateways, and analyzing and proposing the best payment integration solutions tailored to clients' POS and e-commerce businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the integration phase
* Analyze and propose the best payment integration solutions
* Manage the technical onboarding process
* Act as a subject matter expert and 2nd line support post go-live phase
* Collaborate with sales teams during the pre-sales phase
* Track and report the status of active projects
* Maintain and develop technical documentation
* Provide training and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives

Requirements:

* Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in a technical/integrations role
* Strong technical understanding of web services/APIs
* Experience in the payment industry is advantageous
* IT and programming knowledge are highly preferred
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong team player, eager to learn and grow within the company
* Positive, accurate, and professional approach in all dealings
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate and resolve issues independently
