As we expand, we are in search of a seasoned, driven, and high-achieving Operations Supervisor to become part of our team.

Role Summary

In the role of Operations Supervisor at The Muddler, you will be instrumental in our operational success. Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage site operations, lead our workforce, enhance sales, and ensure we achieve our objectives. This position is ideal for an individual who is exceptionally organized, thrives in high-pressure situations, and excels in communication with both management and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Development:
    Serve as a positive leader and mentor. Inspire and train our extensive team to uphold high standards and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Operational Management:
    Collaborate confidently with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to oversee shifts and team members, maximizing sales and achieving personal KPI targets.
  • Financial Management:
    Work alongside the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to ensure labor efficiency, manage inventory, and conduct performance evaluations of team members.
  • Guest Engagement:
    Handle guest feedback and relations, ensuring a pleasant experience for all patrons.
  • Marketing Initiatives:
    Execute and promote initiatives to enhance venue visibility and attract more guests.

Qualifications

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with cash management and experience with operational systems.
  • Background in bartending with a passion for cocktail innovation.
  • Experience in leading small teams.
  • Certification in first aid training.
