Guests can indulge in delightful dining experiences at the Grain and Grill Restaurant, which showcases a menu filled with nutritious and hearty options sourced from local suppliers. Additionally, the hotel proudly serves its own coffee brand, Red Bean Roastery, crafted by skilled baristas.

Role Objectives

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Hotel Operations Supervisor will be responsible for managing key hotel functions and supporting the General Manager and Deputy General Manager in their duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the hotel.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.
  • Anticipate and address guest needs proactively.
  • Assist in delivering exceptional guest service across all departments.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations and all departments.

Qualifications:

  • Previous supervisory experience in the hotel or hospitality sector.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • A genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
  • A professional and approachable demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
  • Strong upselling abilities across all hotel services.
