The Property Maintenance Officer Role

We are seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and resolve maintenance issues and hazards in our properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify maintenance issues and hazards.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve maintenance issues and hazards.
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our service centre team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of maintenance issues.
  • Upload reports and condition videos in a timely manner to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Assist the business with ad-hoc queries and tasks as required.
