Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all security personnel are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Monitor and report on security incidents and trends, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of security services.

Requirements

  • Good level of written and spoken English.
  • Hold an SIA licence or be willing to undertake the necessary training.
  • Hold a valid DS and CCTV licence.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
