Job Summary

Atlas Facilities Management Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of security personnel and ensuring the delivery of high-quality security services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of security officers to ensure they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the security of people and property.
  • Monitor CCTV systems to detect and prevent any security breaches.
  • Be an ambassador for Atlas Facilities Management Limited and provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Requirements

  • Hold a valid SIA licence or be willing to undertake the necessary training.
  • Hold a valid DS and CCTV licence.
  • Have a good level of written and spoken English.
  • Be able to work a rolling 4 on and 4 off shift pattern, including days and nights.
