Job Title: Facilities Team Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Facilities Team Leader to join our Customer Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Facilities Team Members, ensuring a well-maintained, safe, secure, compliant, and efficient environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Facilities Manager in building and developing a high-performance team
  • Lead and motivate your team to provide general maintenance assistance, solve maintenance issues, and conduct regular building checks
  • Assume Facilities Team Member duties when the Facilities Manager is on shift
  • Ensure compliance checks are done correctly and on time
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license
  • General knowledge or experience working within maintenance, e.g., minor electrical, decorating, plumbing, joinery work
  • Ability to confidentially lead your team in the absence of the Facilities Manager to maintain exceptional customer service
  • Effective communication and time management skills
