We are seeking an experienced or senior Band 5 nurse to join our Specialist Care Team at Noah's Ark Children's Hospice. As a paediatric nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of children who are seriously unwell.
Key Responsibilities- Care for children who are staying with us at The Ark and those visiting us for day care.
- Support children in their family homes and in community-settings.
- Work collaboratively with our Specialist Care Team to provide high-quality care and support to children and their families.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
- Provide emotional and practical support to children and their families, including bereavement support.
- Registered Sick Children's Nurse or Registered Nurse Child Branch.
- Relevant post-qualification experience at staff nurse band 5 level.
- Excellent clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
