About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at a beautiful high-end hospice. As a Nurse - Hospice Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients with life-limiting illnesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support patients with complex care needs, including pain and symptom management
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in animal therapy sessions and other innovative care initiatives
  • Contribute to a warm and welcoming environment, promoting patient and family well-being
