Job Title: Systems Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Trainer to join our team at Pertemps Redditch Commercial. As a Systems Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training on a series of software applications to our clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Delivering Training: You will be responsible for scheduling and delivering training on a series of software applications to our clients. This will involve creating and delivering training materials, as well as providing support and guidance to our clients.
  • Producing Online Training Resources: You will be responsible for producing online training resources, such as video tutorials and documentation, to support our clients in using our software applications.
  • Travelling and Client Meetings: You will be required to travel across the UK to deliver training, support, and attend client meetings.
  • Liaising with Other Departments: You will be responsible for liaising with other departments across the business to ensure that identified issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Working with the Projects Team: You will work closely with the Projects Team to ensure that all new applications being introduced are understood and successfully adopted by the user base.
Requirements:
  • People Skills: You will need to be a people person who is able to communicate at all levels with a wide variety of people.
  • Presentation and Training Skills: You will need to be comfortable presenting and training both one-on-one and in groups.
  • Enthusiasm and Flexibility: You will need to be able to bring enthusiasm to the role and be flexible in your approach to training and support.
  • IT Skills: You will need to be IT literate and proficient in MS Office packages.
  • Travel and Time Management: You will need to be willing to travel when required and have good time management and organisational skills.
