About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Commercial Training Specialist to join our dynamic Training Team. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the future of manufacturing by delivering high-quality technical training programs that empower individuals and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective commercial training programs focused on technical upskilling, incorporating advancements in technology and net-zero targets.
  • Guide learners to achieve technological aspirations and competencies through diverse teaching platforms.
  • Manage learning resources and spaces to ensure a high-quality training experience that meets customer expectations.
  • Develop customized learning content to address the specific needs of various customers.
  • Collaborate with industry professionals to shape commercial offerings, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Support the Commercial Training Manager in project management and delivery planning for the commercial portfolio.
  • Maintain a safe and conducive learning environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Industry-related vocational qualifications in electrical competency.
  • Functional Skills Level 2 / GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above).
  • BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Recognized Health and Safety qualifications.
  • CAVA or equivalent assessor qualifications.
  • Recognised Training/Teaching Qualification.
  • Relevant training awards in modern technologies.
