Commercial Property Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Property Agent to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for dealing with agency enquiries, conducting viewings, negotiating lettings and sales, and ensuring compliance with Anti Money Laundering credit checks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with agency enquiries from applicants and clients
  • Booking and conducting viewings
  • Negotiating lettings and sales
  • Conducting market appraisals and winning new business
  • Ensuring compliance with Anti Money Laundering credit checks for clients and applicants
  • Preparing particulars and floor plans
  • Listing properties - organising advertising, erecting agency boards, liaising with other property professionals and portals
  • Negotiating deals - client/applicant liaison, preparation of Heads of Terms/Memo of Sale
  • Organising and carrying out viewings
  • Supporting commercial agency across all branches
  • Managing transactions to legal completion
  • Preparing pipeline figures
Requirements:
  • Previous lettings and/or sales experience
  • Commercial property experience preferred
  • The company is happy to assist in the training and developing of the individual in order to help them obtain a professional qualification, e.g. Assoc RICS/MRICS

We are looking for a proactive, self-sufficient, and confident individual with excellent negotiation skills, organisation, and prioritisation abilities. A full driving licence and use of a car for business purposes is also required. If you are a team player with a client-focused approach and good communication skills, we would like to hear from you.
