Commercial Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Surveyor to join our expanding team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters.

As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality valuation reports and professional landlord and tenant advice to our clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering valuation reports in accordance with client instructions and RICS Red Book Standards.
  • Providing landlord and tenant advice to clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Communicating effectively with commercial property management teams.
  • Reporting to the Head of Commercial.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years MRICS PQE.
  • Registered Valuer.
  • Clean PI record.
  • Experience in valuing industrial, retail, residential, mixed-use, offices, and HMOs.
  • Proven experience in landlord and tenant work.
  • Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of the local property market across the wider Midlands area.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to support other team members and recognise the work of others.

We are looking for a confident and skilled Commercial Surveyor who is passionate about delivering high-quality results and contributing to the growth of our business.
