Commercial Property Lawyer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Property Lawyer to join our team at Talbots Law Ltd. As a Commercial Property Lawyer, you will be responsible for advising on Commercial Property transactions and providing support to Corporate & Commercial colleagues in the sale and purchase of businesses operating from commercial premises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting, conducting, and managing various Commercial Property transactions, including leases, sales, purchases, and re-mortgages with registered, unregistered, leasehold, and freehold commercial properties.
  • Drafting, reviewing, amending, and issuing legal documentation, including various transaction reports to clients and professional lenders.
  • Providing advice on Commercial Property transactions and supporting Corporate & Commercial colleagues in the sale and purchase of businesses operating from commercial premises.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in Commercial Property.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
