Job Title: Commercial Property Lawyer

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Commercial Property Lawyer to join our busy team in Coventry. As a Commercial Property Lawyer, you will be responsible for running your own caseload of commercial property matters, dealing with all types of property transactions, and working as part of a team to handle the sale and purchase of commercial, industrial, and investment property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Running your own caseload of commercial property matters
  • Dealing with all types of property transactions, from small leases of office space to high-value and complex multi-million-pound property acquisitions or disposals
  • Working as part of a busy team to handle the sale and purchase of commercial, industrial, and investment property, lease renewals, estate development, letting, and management, and property litigation

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor or FCILEx status with 3 to 5 years' PQE
  • Sound experience of running a wide-ranging commercial property caseload from start to finish
