As a key member of our commercial team at AMR, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Surveyor to provide high-quality valuation and advisory services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial property valuation, with a minimum of 2 years PQE and RICS registration. They will be responsible for delivering valuation reports in accordance with client instructions and RICS Red Book Standards, as well as providing landlord and tenant advice to clients.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a good understanding of the local property market across the wider Midlands area.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering valuation reports in accordance with client instructions and RICS Red Book Standards
  • Providing landlord and tenant advice to clients
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations
  • Regular communication with commercial property management teams
  • Reporting to the Head of Commercial

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years MRICS PQE
  • Registered Valuer
  • Clean PI record
  • Experience in valuing: Industrial, Retail, Residential, mixed use, offices and HMOs
  • Proven experience in landlord and tenant work
  • Good report writing skills and attention to detail
  • Good understanding of the local property market across the wider Midlands area
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Supporting other team members and recognising the work of others
  • Confident in your ability to succeed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Full driving license and access to own vehicle
  • Sharp, enthusiastic, and accountable

The role will cover West Midlands, Warwickshire & Leicestershire, with the option to work from our Stratford-upon-Avon, Coventry or Evesham Hubs.
