Role Responsibilities:As a Managing Quantity Surveyor, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing all commercial activities, including cost reconciliation statements and sub-contractor accounts.
- Develop and implement commercial plans to meet project deadlines.
- Prepare and maintain accurate cost records and statements.
- Lead and manage a team of quantity surveyors to achieve project goals.
