Exciting Opportunity: Fluid Power Training Specialist

We are currently in search of a skilled Fluid Power Training Specialist to become a vital part of our innovative team at MTC Training.

The successful candidate will take charge of delivering exceptional training focused on electrical bias, particularly in the realm of Fluid Power, encompassing Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Electro-Pneumatic, and Electro-Hydraulic systems. This role involves supporting learners across various stages of their development and ensuring the effective management of educational resources to promote successful apprentice advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate training sessions tailored to individual skill levels
  • Oversee the maintenance of educational materials and environments
  • Enhance soft skills and provide meaningful feedback

Requirements:

  • Robust engineering background with relevant industrial experience
  • Proficiency in Fluid Power technologies
  • Understanding of pedagogical techniques
  • Relevant industry certifications and functional skills
