Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in Early Careers? We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Early Careers Coordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity to support our apprentices, graduates, internships, and work placements on their learning journey. As an Early Careers Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring and processing Expression of Interests, arranging information advice and guidance meetings, and accurately recording early careers data.

You will also be responsible for tracking learner progress, escalating areas of concern, and celebrating success. Additionally, you will prepare monthly reports, coordinate Early Careers Community groups, and actively support early careers recruitment.

We are looking for a self-motivated and able to prioritize workload individual with excellent organizational skills and efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Nuance PDF.
