Job Title: Early Career Lead - 12 Month Contract

THE CHARALLE GROUP is seeking a highly skilled Early Career Lead to join our team on a 12-month contract. As an Early Career Lead, you will play a crucial role in delivering and coordinating assessment centers for national service lines, as well as managing a team of coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day performance of the team, ensuring coordinators have the necessary information to deliver against forecasted hiring volumes.
  • Engage proactively with students and candidates, suggesting and implementing process improvements as necessary.
  • Work closely with the TA Operations Lead to review and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure delivery against diversity and inclusion targets and support initiatives to attract a diverse talent pool.
  • Manage the selection and assessment tools, providing robust reporting on success measures.
  • Ensure full compliance with recruitment technology and oversee the entire recruitment process from application to decision.
  • Key interface with internal stakeholders to upskill capability for managing robust selection criteria and ensure fair selection throughout.
  • Act as a champion for trainee experience, ensuring THE CHARALLE GROUP delivers an exceptional experience.
  • Build strong connections with the HRBP community to identify opportunities to improve service by gaining a deep understanding of business lines and future growth plans.
  • Be a brand ambassador, building a robust outreach strategy to connect and engage talent through schools and universities.
  • Responsible for the student recruitment advertising budget and ensuring ROI.
  • Liaise with third-party advertising companies for campaigns.
  • Deal with escalated issues from candidates, systems, and regions.
  • Main point of contact for social media content for students.
  • Provide robust management information to the business and early careers team.
  • Manage a team of coordinators.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages.

The ideal candidate will be willing to work outside of standard hours when necessary and have a good understanding of the business and its goals.
