Job Title: Early Career Lead - 12 Month Contract

We are seeking an experienced Early Career Lead to join our team on a 12-month contract. As an Early Career Lead, you will be responsible for delivering and coordinating assessment centers for national service lines, and for managing a team of coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day performance of team, ensuring coordinators are equipped with necessary information to deliver against forecasted hiring volumes
  • Engage proactively and ensure positive experience for students/candidates, suggesting and implementing process improvements as necessary
  • Work in conjunction with TA Operations Lead to review and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Ensure delivery against D&I targets and support initiatives to attract diverse talent pool
  • Ensure right selection and assessment tools are managed and utilized, providing robust reporting on success measures
  • Use recruitment technology and ensure full compliance of use by team
  • Ensure recruitment process is followed and reinforce best practice, overseeing entire recruitment process from application to decision
  • Key interface with internal stakeholders to upskill capability for managing robust selection criteria and ensure fair selection throughout
  • Act as champion for trainee experience, ensuring firm delivers exceptional experience
  • Build strong connections with HRBP community to identify opportunities to improve service by gaining deep understanding of business lines and future growth plans
  • Be brand ambassador, building robust outreach strategy to connect and engage talent, through schools/universities etc.
  • Responsible for student recruitment advertising budget and ensuring ROI
  • Liaising with third-party advertising companies for campaigns
  • Dealing with escalated issues from candidates/system/regions
  • Main point of contact for social media content for students
  • Providing robust management information to business/early careers team
  • Managing team of coordinators
  • Ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
  • Communication/interpersonal skills - must be adept communicator, able to engage and influence across business
  • Confidence - must be comfortable dealing with people at all levels
  • Discretion - must be aware of confidential nature of work within boundaries of employment law
  • Proven team leadership - must engage, drive, and support talent acquisition team to succeed
  • Pressure - must respond well to pressure and deadlines, effective in fast-paced environments
  • Driven - must be completely committed to job, ready to hit ground running, and willing to put in extra effort where necessary
  • Professionalism - must be polished and professional, representative of company to new starters
  • Must also be willing to work outside of standard hours when necessary
  • Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages required
