Wholesale Account Manager

We are Global Brands Ltd, a leading independent drinks brand development business that owns, markets, and distributes a diverse portfolio of products across the RTD/RTS, spirits, soft drinks, and beer categories.
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Wholesales Account Manager to join our RTM team and drive growth in the Foodservice sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key Foodservice accounts, driving sales, and ensuring long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Direct responsibility for regional Foodservice accounts, including P&L responsibility.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Foodservice accounts to drive sales and ensure long-term partnerships.
- Implement and execute the sales strategy for the Foodservice channel, aligning with the company's overall objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Foodservice sector, including expanding distribution and increasing product listings.
- Lead negotiations with key accounts to secure favourable terms and conditions, including pricing, promotions, and placement.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth within the Foodservice sector.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets for assigned accounts and territory, regularly reporting on performance and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to key accounts, resolving any issues promptly and effectively.
- Work closely with the marketing, supply chain, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and support for key account initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and account activity, providing insights and recommendations to the On Trade Controller.
- Commercial account management experience within the On Trade Drinks sector.
- PC literacy, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience of Salesforce would be advantageous.
- Natural ability to build strong networks within internal and external customers.
