We have multiple openings for the role of Travel Services Advisor. This position is situated in a vibrant and supportive work environment, serving as an excellent entry point into the Corporate Travel sector. You will be part of a dedicated team, delivering exceptional customer service to CTM clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and suppliers consistently across all communication platforms.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our hotel booking and invoicing systems.
  • Guide clients in utilizing CTM's online booking tools, ensuring compliance with travel policies and best practices.
  • Share insights and information with colleagues across departments, providing constructive feedback to team leaders when challenges arise.
  • Exhibit flexibility in performing various tasks as dictated by business requirements.

Performance Metrics:

  • Ensure all interactions are handled efficiently, maintaining a polite and helpful demeanor at all times.
  • Adhere to established systems and processes with minimal errors, seeking guidance when necessary.
  • Be mindful of the impact of your actions on clients, suppliers, colleagues, and the overall reputation of CTM.
  • Effectively manage telephone inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Respond to emails within a timely manner, identifying problems and providing appropriate advice.
  • Ensure accuracy in bookings made on behalf of clients.
  • Utilize our internal system for generating invoices and processing refunds, adhering to deadlines.
