About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders. As a Hotel and Rail Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing High-Level Customer Service
  • Maintaining a Good Understanding of Hotel Reservations and Invoicing Systems
  • Guiding Clients on Using CTM Online Booking Tools
  • Sharing Knowledge and Information with Colleagues
  • Working Flexibly to Meet Business Needs

Key Responsibilities

As a Hotel and Rail Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling Customer Enquiries and Resolving Issues
  • Providing Guidance on Travel Policies and Procedures
  • Assisting with Booking and Invoicing Processes
  • Working Collaboratively with Colleagues to Achieve Business Objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
