  • Assist in the preparation of the dining room, ensuring it is set to the highest standards.
  • Take orders, provide menu recommendations, and address any guest inquiries.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Manage table settings and ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area.
  • Handle guest complaints and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Support and train junior staff members as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Rang or in a similar role in a fine dining environment.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
  • Knowledge of food and wine pairings is an advantage.
  • Own transport is essential due to the location.
  • Availability to work 48 hours per week, Wednesday to Saturday.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods.
