Restaurant Manager Opportunity at Denbies Wine Estate

Denbies Wine Estate, a renowned vineyard in the UK, is seeking an experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our dining experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our restaurants, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality food and wine offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of our restaurants, including staff management and customer service.
  • Analyze sales data and plan strategies to increase profitability.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the Catering Manager and Operations Manager to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of quality control.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring efficient ordering and stock levels.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in restaurant management, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Minimum of 4 GCSEs, including Maths and English, and a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership.

This is a full-time permanent role, working 5 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends. The role offers a competitive salary, company pension, and a range of benefits, including discounts across the Gift Shop, Restaurants, and Denbies Events.
