About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced fine dining environment. You will be responsible for managing tables, ensuring seamless service, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage tables and ensure efficient service delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu and wine list
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment
