Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance and Contracts Manager to join our team at Bryn Mawr College. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing grant budgets, tracking progress, and ensuring timely submissions of grant reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Director of LandCare and development team to develop and submit grant proposals.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of grant guidelines and requirements, and advise program staff on implementation strategies.
  • Oversee grant budgets and track progress towards grant outcomes and goals.
  • Monitor grant reporting schedules and requirements, and draft comprehensive progress reports and program updates for funders.
  • Provide operational support, including liaising with team members to fulfill bidding and procurement needs, and working closely with finance to develop budget tracking systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in grant management or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with budget management and financial tracking, as well as familiarity with grant compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including field staff, finance, and community partners.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in an office environment and conduct occasional site visits as needed. The position requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in varied weather conditions during field visits.

This is a full-time year-round position, requiring 40 hours/week with some evening and weekend events as necessary.
