Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team at Bryn Mawr College. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and executing contracting and invoicing processes, including accounting for contract expenses, reconciling contract accounts with the General Ledger, and preparing draw documents for funding agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare contracts in compliance with applicable guidelines and regulations.
  • Review and monitor budgets and contracts for accuracy and adherence to Federal and State regulations, as well as college policies and procedures.
  • Process invoices for payment by reviewing programmatic and/or financial support documentation for completeness, accuracy, and proper contract, department, grant, cost category, and participant eligibility.
  • Research, analyze, and resolve contracting/invoicing issues in coordination with subcontractors and internal departments.
  • Reconcile contracting invoices to the General Ledger.
  • Prepare monthly status/activity reports, providing statistical/fiscal data as required.
  • Monitor training programs, including contractual performance, invoicing, and fiscal management of contracts.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Finance, Business Administration, or a related area of study. Experience in an employment and training organization is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is also required.
