Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Human Capital Manager to join our team in the UK & Ireland region. This is a 15-month maternity-cover contract, starting in October/November 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage our UK & Ireland HR function, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services and support to the organization.
  • Develop and implement human capital strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's objectives and promote a positive work culture.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, and policy development.
  • Collaborate with local and global HR teams to deliver on the broad responsibilities of the human capital function.
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent in the region.
  • Work closely with the COO, Support Professional, and Consulting Practice Group Talent Managers to deliver on the company's objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in human capital management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR services and support.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a large multinational organization, preferably in the management consulting, professional services, or financial services sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience of Workday is highly advantageous.
