Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Location: Remote

About the Role: Adamas Lux is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will be tasked with managing both incoming and outgoing communications, addressing client inquiries, and delivering outstanding service to foster a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a substantial volume of inbound and outbound communications in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Provide precise information and assistance to clients regarding products, services, and account-related inquiries.
  • Effectively resolve client issues, complaints, and questions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Accurately document communication details and interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Follow up on client inquiries and issues to ensure satisfactory resolution and uphold high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Assist with order processing, returns, and account modifications as necessary.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues or concerns to the appropriate team or supervisor for further assistance.
  • Maintain current knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Contribute to team objectives and support ongoing enhancements in communication processes and customer service standards.
  • Engage in training sessions and team meetings to remain informed about company updates and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in customer service or communication is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a customer support or communication role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and active listening abilities with the capacity to address client needs effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm for customer service, and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
