About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our solicitors and play a vital role in the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timely completion and follow-through on tasks.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our solicitors, including maintaining practice area organization, managing documentation, and ensuring accurate communication with clients and third parties.
  • Input data into our case management system and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with billing, attend team meetings, and prepare bills and narratives for solicitors to review and sign off.
  • Organize travel arrangements, including sourcing travel and accommodation, and anticipating important information and documents for fee earners.
  • Utilize Microsoft applications, including Excel, to prepare spreadsheets and perform administrative tasks.
  • Enhance IT literacy through training and stay up-to-date with the latest software and systems.

Requirements

  • Proven administrative experience in a law firm or similar environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
