Job Summary

Hexagon's Autonomy and Positioning division is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage reception and provide administrative support for the organization. Based in our Veripos office, this position will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Liaising with travel management companies to arrange business travel for employees
  • Providing exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors
  • Coordinating maintenance and services for Veripos House, as per the annual maintenance plan
  • Gathering information for quarterly reporting
  • Conducting regular inspections of first aid kits and updating stock as needed
  • Assisting with water quality checks and fire alarm tests

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with booking business travel and liaising with travel management companies
  • Proficiency in Office 365 tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience with quality, environmental, or health and safety requirements within the workplace would be an asset. Additionally, previous experience in a facilities team would be beneficial.
