DNV Inspection UK is on the lookout for an Inspection Coordinator to oversee the inspection coordination processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective communication and collaboration with clients, inspectors, and DNV, while strictly adhering to established quality standards and operational protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client requirements and manage Requests for Inspection (RFI)
  • Identify and select qualified inspectors for various service requests
  • Present inspectors' qualifications and proposals to clients
  • Monitor and facilitate the approval workflow
  • Ensure all necessary authorizations are secured before executing the scope of work
  • Coordinate the mobilization and scheduling of inspectors
  • Review and deliver inspection reports to clients promptly
  • Collaborate with technical experts as necessary
  • Assist with internal invoicing procedures
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, inspectors, vendors, and DNV offices
  • Utilize management tools for tracking activities
  • Provide assistance with Pre-Payment Certificates (PPCs) as required

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as an Inspection Coordinator is essential
  • In-depth knowledge of the Oil & Gas sector and QA/QC services is critical
  • Experience in Windfarm and/or Renewable energy inspections is advantageous
  • A technical engineering background is beneficial
  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
  • Experience with international projects in the Oil and Gas or Renewables sector is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
