Job Title: Business Development Manager - IT Solutions Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Matched Group. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the private sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the private sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging existing relationships and establishing new ones with private sector organizations.
  • Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of our solutions, effectively communicating their benefits and addressing the specific needs of our clients.
  • Lead contract negotiations, be involved in the bid and tender process, and close deals, ensuring alignment with company policies and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including vendors, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional client experience.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' sales experience.
  • Ideal experience within an IT Reseller or Technology environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ideally a network of contacts within the private sector and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Full driving license and vehicle.
