Job Summary:

Network IT is seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Respond to and resolve technical issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of technical systems and software.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain Government Security Clearance (SC) with no restrictions.
  • IT support skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Server.
  • Active Directory and User Account management experience.
  • General knowledge of basic software installation and network hardware.
