About the Role:

The Air Ambulance Service is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Crew Member. As a key member of our critical care team, you will provide essential support to our specialist neonatal and paediatric clinicians during transfers, working closely with our pilots and airdesk coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise on the bespoke TCAA interior and stretcher system
  • Support the safe transfer of patients, handling medical devices and troubleshooting any issues
  • Carry out tasks to ensure the aircraft and base are fully operational, ready for tasking
  • Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure seamless transfers

Requirements:

  • Clinical background, preferably in emergency care or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Enhanced DBS check required
