About the Role:
  • Lead and develop our occupational therapy service, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to our patients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our occupational therapy strategy, ensuring it aligns with our charity's vision and values.
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to our occupational therapy team, ensuring they have the skills and support they need to deliver excellent care.
  • Work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, ensuring our service is always improving and delivering the best possible outcomes for our patients.
About You:
  • You will have a strong background in occupational therapy, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a secure mental health setting.
  • You will have experience of leading and developing teams, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and improving patient outcomes.
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our multidisciplinary team and senior leadership.
