As Head of Corporate Partnerships, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing our corporate partnerships strategy, shaping our corporate engagement approach, and increasing income in this area. You'll work closely with our Corporate Partnerships Fundraising Growth Lead to develop and test the growth plan, embed opportunities for improvement, and support the team through this period of change.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate partnerships strategy to drive growth and innovation
- Lead and motivate a team of Corporate Partnerships professionals to meet targets and build innovative propositions
- Develop and secure six and seven-figure new business relationships with corporate partners
- Experience of organisational strategic planning and development of a corporate fundraising strategy
- Experience of developing and effectively managing projects and budgets
- Substantial pension scheme of up to 10% basic salary
