Drive transformation and deliver service excellence in Swindon Borough Council.

We're seeking a visionary leader to join our leadership team and turn the dial on performance. As our new Director of Integrated Communities and Partnerships, you will work strategically across the Council and with external partners to design and deliver a comprehensive prevention framework.

Your focus will be on targeting resources where they can have the greatest impact, providing the right support, in the right place, at the right time. You will champion collaborative working, driving engagement and partnerships across the Council and with public sector and community organisations.

Through your leadership, you'll ensure that service provision promotes community safety, reduces inequality, and enhances the quality of life for all residents in Swindon. You will bring your extensive management and leadership experience, gained within a local authority or public sector setting, to harness your deep understanding of the challenges facing community resilience and development at the national, regional and local levels.

We're looking for someone who can translate vision and policy into practical action, ensuring tangible results for communities whilst managing high-value budgets and navigating the public sector funding framework. A Master's degree (or equivalent experience) and evidence of continued professional development are also essential for this role.
