The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Manager to join our team at The Openwork Partnership. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing communication resources to ensure the delivery of change communications.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert for all key change initiatives, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
  • Manage resources, including people, technical, and agencies, to deliver communications according to requirements.
  • Oversee, deliver, and measure audience engagement, leading to continuous improvement of communications.
  • Use audience insight and data to develop a communications strategy and approach.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure project milestones are clearly communicated.
  • Ensure that content is regularly reviewed to meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage junior members of the team to ensure they are delivering against communications objectives and are developing their own capabilities.
  • Drive cultural change through engagement and continuous improvement activities based on customer and colleague feedback.
