The Position

The Technical Support Specialist will be an integral part of a dedicated team, delivering a customer-centric, efficient, and dependable support service to a vast clientele across various regions. You will collaborate closely with team members to cultivate effective working relationships and facilitate seamless interdepartmental cooperation, ensuring optimal support for our clients.
In this role, you will also investigate and devise technical solutions to address customer inquiries and requests. The position requires full-time on-site presence in our office.

This role is situated within Corporate Services, where your contributions will empower colleagues to excel in their roles.

Your Contributions


• Collaborate within a team of Technical Support Specialists, providing advanced support services to the organization.

• Ensure the resolution of all incidents, service requests, and assigned tasks.

• Assist in organizing and executing remote support visits, which may involve traveling to various sites or coordinating with external service providers.

• Manage processes related to the acquisition, setup, deployment, and disposal of IT equipment for users.

• Engage in the Incident Management Triage process, contributing to the prompt and effective handling of incidents.

Qualifications

Essential Skills

Proficient in a variety of technologies, including Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, Citrix, Windows operating systems, Apple mobile devices, MDM software (Microsoft Intune), Office Suite, SCCM, and Networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN). Extensive experience in a technical support role within a dynamic IT environment. Proven track record in diagnosing and resolving technical issues. Experience utilizing service management tools effectively. Demonstrated ability to liaise with both internal teams and external vendors.

Desirable Skills

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation and support materials. A valid driving license and a willingness to provide support across various regions as needed.
